Pacific International Taekwondo Training

Training focuses on teaching students all aspects of traditional Taekwondo – patterns, sparring, self defense, exciting jumping and flying kicks and breaking techniques.

Most people begin training with a goal in mind. It may be to learn self defense, to become a Black Belt, to perform dynamic techniques, to improve their health and fitness, to gain confidence or just for the fun of a new challenge.

The friendly disciplined training and first rate instruction is delivered in a way that encourages you to train your body and keep your mind focused as you get into action. So as you progress you gradually develop a fast fit body and a stronger more motivated mind-set that helps you achieve your goal.

By following the training program and applying the tenets of Taekwondo as they train, members learn in an enjoyable way that they can achieve many things that may seem out of reach - in Taekwondo training and in everyday life.

BLACK BELT CLUB
Members who have a definite goal to gain their black belt one day can receive special training at the Black Belt Club.
Members meet regularly for special training sessions that give their techniques that extra ‘edge’.

You can try Pacific International Taekwondo classes FREE for 2 lessons at any of the Brisbane or New Zealand branches.

At the end of your free trial you decide if you want to continue or not. If it's not for you, you simply leave, and if you want to continue we'll give you a free uniform as part of your membership package.
