Taekwondo Training for Children, Teens and Adults
Training with Pacific International Taekwondo will provide you
with the techniques, confidence and encouragement to find strength
in yourself to achieve things you always thought were out of reach.
Our branches offer training two nights a week but once you have
paid training fees for the month, you can train at any branch any
night of the week (if you have the energy). |
Pacific International Taekwondo offers the convenience of training at
a local branch in your area, as well as the flexibility and sense of belonging
of a large network of branches throughout the greater Brisbane area.

the Art, from the basic hand and foot techniques and more exciting
flying and jumping kicks and strikes, to the traditional values
and virtues of discipline, integrity and inner strength.

Regular training provides true understanding of the discipline and self-control

Children – focuses on the right balance of discipline
and fun for primary school aged children. Young students love the
pace and variety of training and it is fantastic for improving all-round
fitness, physical co-ordination and energy and providing positive
life skills.
Teens and Adults – starting with the basic kicking and punching
techniques and working up to the spectacular jumping flying kicks
and strikes, training is an exciting and enjoyable exercise full
of benefits for teens and adults. Get fit, tone up, improve your
